Would it be possible to have on the Customer selection form, when you select a customer it displays their contact number with the ability to update the details. The configuration for the "Customer Search" form in a Progressive Capture provides you with the ability to choose display fields. While raising a Request, this information will be presented to the Analyst who's performing the action.
