Suggestion - Customer Details

This is definitely a would be nice to have post.

Would it be possible to have on the Customer selection form, when you select a customer it displays their contact number with the ability to update the details. We often find users have moved desk or office and the phone number has changed.

Hi @Kelvin,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in our response.

The configuration for the "Customer Search" form in a Progressive Capture provides you with the ability to choose display fields. While raising a Request, this information will be presented to the Analyst who's performing the action. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to update the details of a Customer's record while raising a Request.
