The major thing stopping use the mobile app is not being able to customise the notification settings we get on the phone i would like to be able to admin what notification a phone gets.

Michael Sharp Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 Can I add that I am getting a notification every time I add a request, comment or post updates on tickets. I have made those submissions - why on Earth would I need my mobile device to tell me that as well??? 2
