Steven Boardman
Hi Gwynne If you enter 0 in the address field rather than leaving this blank it will remove the address from the customer or service portals as shown below: This will result in: You can customise and change the colour of the service logo's, buttons, descriptions, counters etc and this detailed on the wiki here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Customising_Self_Service In the admin tool you can navigate to Service Manager > Application Settings and filter on guest, you will see the colour settings mentioned in the above wiki page. Hope this helps Steve
Steve Giller
That would be more intuitive if you had a "Clear" button that added the '0' invisibly for you.
TrevorKillick
Hi Steve We have an item on the backlog to improve the way customisation are made to the portals something along the lines of a graphical representation of the portal with a UI overlay to make customisations / edits / clear values. This would then hide the real values stored in configuration from the admin, currently there is no timeframe for when this change would be available but it is on our radar. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
