Tina.Lapere Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 Hi, I've noticed that all the form prompts on the portals come up right justified which looks a little odd. Is there any way of changing these to left or fully justified? Thanks Tina
Guest Chaz Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 Hi Tina, just wondering if you have an example screenshot, the prompts seem to show in the correct position for me.
Tina.Lapere Posted July 8, 2016 Author Posted July 8, 2016 Here is an example - see the right hand side :-) Doc1.docx
James Ainsworth Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Hi Tina, Thanks for the screenshot. I've put this through to our development team. It appears that the supplied progressive capture forms mostly contain labels that work well being right justified however, I can see that for the customer progressive capture forms where you may have longer questions displayed it would be better presented with either left or centre justification. Regards, James
Tina.Lapere Posted July 20, 2016 Author Posted July 20, 2016 Lovely thank you James. If you can keep me posted on this that would be great. Tina
James Ainsworth Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 Hi Tina, There has been some development work completed for this which will be automatically applied to your instance. Keep an eye open for the change and let us know what you think. Regards, James
Tina.Lapere Posted August 17, 2016 Author Posted August 17, 2016 Hi James, Sorry for the delayed reply - this is what a colleague has come back with : "The right hand side description on all services is aligned to the right in some places. The main text of the description is centered but when there's some additional text it is still aligned to the right. (Please see attached photo)" Tina
James Ainsworth Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Thank for posting this Tina. It appears that the title text at the top where it says ''Please Provide details'' was changed, however, the text on the left was not. I've put this back to our development team. Regards, James
