Still unable to schedule changes in the past. Please can we sort?

Hi Gareth,

are you getting any errors when trying to do this? I believe this is sorted in our next version which is just going through the release process and we hope to have it available in the app store in the coming days.

No errors just does not process the date selection until you change it to something in the future.

 

On your Latest Changes page it already has it list

Hi Gwynne,

Apologies for the confusion, the fix that you refer to above unfortunately did not fully work, so although it allowed you could select dates in the past, you could still not apply them due to other checks in the background.  I revisited this issue last week and we now have a working fix which will be available in the next update.

Thanks for the response, is the fix likely to be in this week? We are going live with change next Monday so would be useful to have it implemented?

Hi Gwynne,

Unfortunately I cannot promise on the exact ETA of the update, however it is well into our internal beta testing process and we are working to make it available asap.
