Breaching Board for Incidents

I  am attempted to create a Board to highlight how far Incidents are from Breaching.

I have set-up a simple Board



Set-up in Service Levels in Escalation Rule.



An E Mail is sent to the owner when 6 hours from breach

On the request list it states that the request list has been added to the board.



However, on the Board it is not there...


Have a missed a setting??


Any advice greatly appreciated

We are now on Version 2.37.0

All of a sudden the escalation e-mails are not being processed when calls are approaching breach, and calls are not being updated onto our Breaching Board,

Is there a feature in the latest version that we need to update??....

I have not changed any of the parameters in the Service Level Escalation Actions
