colind
Hi I am attempted to create a Board to highlight how far Incidents are from Breaching. I have set-up a simple Board Set-up in Service Levels in Escalation Rule. An E Mail is sent to the owner when 6 hours from breach On the request list it states that the request list has been added to the board. However, on the Board it is not there... Have a missed a setting?? Any advice greatly appreciated Thanks
