At the moment the Request Entity only links the h_itsm_requests and h_itsm_incidents to get the custom fields. Is there any plans to expand the entity to include the related contact and organisation information?

Hi Martyn,

are you trying to create a report that uses the Request entity as the primary entity? If so, then you should be able to select extended columns using the Customer Contact and Organization prefixes. We do store some of this data against a request already such as Customer ID and Customer Name.

If you want some more information, then you'd need to join the tables together using the relevant ID columns.
