ON/OFF Sliders not displaying properly

Has there been a change to the Admin Tool UI displaying the On/Off Sliders, as they do not appear to be displaying properly. They either show blank or both On plus Off at the same time.

What browser / version are you using its working fine on Chrome for Mac for me.

Using Chrome on a PC, version 51.0.2704.84 m. Will check for updates and retest.

Have updated to the very latest version of Chrome for Windows and still getting the same issue, 51.0.2704.103 m. 

Does seem to be Chrome specific as it is okay in Firefox.

Thanks i just tried it in Chrome on Windows 10 and still don't see the issue, there is something odd going on as there is a gap under the tabs in the top right which should not be there.

I identified the cause of the issue, in Chrome. It is caused by having a zoom level set, in my case it was 90%. Setting it too 100% and refreshing the page causes the sliders to render correctly.
