Connections not working in Email - SM Version: 2.27.13

In the latest release of Service Manager  Version: 2.27.13 the 'Add Connections' button on email option does not appear to be working anymore. Though I can add connections to the request and specify if they are impacted or interested, on the email option nothing happens when click on 'Add Connections' button.


Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hi Martyn,

definitely not something right here. I've raised an issue with development and we'll get it looked at as soon as possible. The reference for this issue is: PM00141675

I've pushed a new version of Service Manager out with a fix for this. This was caused by some migration we did for a library we use and it caused a bit of conflict with the code. This will be sorted if you upgrade to 2.27.16.
