Undefined field - Updating fields

From a previous update we now have the ability to use flowcodes to update summary/description fields.

This works fine if all the questions are answered however if 1 of the fields are left unanswered the update will not work and returns 'undefined'

 

Left is undefined                                                                                                                        Right is correct
