gingib Posted June 10, 2016 Share Posted June 10, 2016 We have recently changed our telephone call handling system (Netcall) which has moved from an application to web based system. As an application we could log onto Netcall and open Hornbill in one screen, however when we now try to do that we appear to be being blocked by Hornbill, which doesn’t seem to like being opened from within another web based system.
