gwynne Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 Hello not sure if this is a bug, if I navigate away from a incomplete logged ticket a prompt comes up saying the data will be lost are you sure, which is great however if I click No the screen just stays on a loading screen and I lose the data anyways G Forum Admin Edit: The issue was fixed in one of the earlier Service Manager builds.
