Service Manager Customer Attribute

It would be very useful for our 1st Line engineers to be able to view specific customers information when viewing a request.

This should include the choice of any customer attribute or custom attribute.

Ideally this should be editable within the request (so this updated info reflects back on the customer profile).

I have come across this post and see that you haven't had a response.  Apologies for that.  I did want to let you know that we do have a change in the development backlog for this feature.  It is not currently scheduled, but I have put it back up for review to look at again. This post is linked to the change, so as it progresses we will be sure to update this post.
