Guest Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 It would be very useful for our 1st Line engineers to be able to view specific customers information when viewing a request. This should include the choice of any customer attribute or custom attribute. Ideally this should be editable within the request (so this updated info reflects back on the customer profile).

I did want to let you know that we do have a change in the development backlog for this feature. It is not currently scheduled, but I have put it back up for review to look at again.
