Request: a new Condition in the "Views" in the Call List area

Good morning,

I have a query with regards to the Request List area.

Can we add a new condition to check for in the “Views” where

“Member” + “is / is not / contains / does not contain” + “#User”

Thanks for your post, there isn't currently a Members option in the views clause builder I am happy to put this forward for review and will update once we have progress on this.

Hi Samuel,

I just wanted to let you know we have completed some work to include the members as an option in the conditions for the Views.  This will be available over the next week or two.  Keep an eye open for the release notes.

This is now available as of the Service Manager 1045 update.  The following criteria have been included in the View configuration

• Request Source
• Sub-status
• Catalog
• Member
• Resolve By
• Respond By
