Search requests on Customer portal

The Customer Portal currently does not have any search facilities to locate requests by searching so you have to know what service the incident was logged under and then locate it that way.

Is there any plans to provide the same 'Look for' functionality that is in the Support Works Self Service?

Given that requests are now stored under services, the search facility would ideally be available on the My Service level as well as within a particular service.

Hi Martyn,

we're actually working on some functionality that will allow you to search for requests and more in the portals so it will be in one of our upcoming releases! Our reference is CH00139865

Hi Martin

The Search option will be presented on the Services landing page, so will search across all Services the user is subscribed too. This will be a multi-function search, which will search for matches from requests, FAQ's, Known Issues, Catalog Items etc and return results against each area. For requests we are looking at Request ID, Summary and Description initially.

We may look to extend the search parameters in future updates
