Martyn Houghton Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Is there currently a way to modify values listed in the Services Details - Category Level, as at the moment the current default values are not that applicable to our environment and would like to use our own values. Guest Chaz Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Hi Martyn, If you head to the admin tool, there a simple list called 'serviceCategory' that you can use to configure the service categories. The path in the old admin tool is: Service Manager > Data > Simple Lists The path in the new admin tool is: Service Manager > Simple Lists Hope that helps!
