Though you are able to view requests by Organisation, you are not able to view requests by Contact, which would be really useful when dealing with a customer on the phone. TrevorKillick Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Hi Martyn My Apologies i have given you the wrong information here, i just checked with Development and the Request List against an Organisation Should be available to you without the need to have a customer manager licence. As for requests against an contact, i must have got these two mixed up but i will raise this with development and see if there are any plans to add a request list in the contact view.
