bwood Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Hi I'm not sure if this is a browser issue but I've tried it in IE and Chrome and neither work. When trying to change the request category within an incident/request, all I seem to get is a spinning icon that says "Loading Categories". The closure categories works without issue. Guest Chaz Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 Hi Ben, just wanted to let you know we're looking at fixing this for our next release. One of the things we noticed when looking into it was that if a service has been configured so that the category starts at a particular level in the tree, but the level has since been deleted, that will be the likely cause of an issue like this. Might be worth just checking your service configuration for each request type. In any case, it should be handled better and we should have something in the next release.
