Hello what is the most minimal permission I can give to allow a service desk user access to change user passwords

Hi Gareth, you just need one right, Manage Users under System Rights -> Accounts. You still need other roles/rights to be able to login, but if you want to grant some extra privileges with your own role, this is all you need.

Worth mentioning that doing this may also give access to other things around users and roles.
