gwynne Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Hello, what decides what information is presented when searching for an asset to add to a ticket, is there any way of changing what fields come back. For example it shows me the name of an asset which is great however I would either like the asset tag to show instead or along side the other information. Cheers Gareth
Guest Chaz Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Hi Gareth, the asset tag will be returned alongside the existing information from version 2.25 of Service Manager onwards. As for more information, is there anything your specific you're after?
