TrevorKillick Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Hi Chris That Raise New incident button looks like its a Custom Button, if you click on the Custom Buttons button then it should be listed as a defined button. I would guess its mapped to point to the URL for logging an incident which should then use the default Log Incident BPM defined in the application setting. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
