TrevorKillick Posted April 13, 2016 Share Posted April 13, 2016 Hi Chris That Raise New incident button looks like its a Custom Button, if you click on the Custom Buttons button then it should be listed as a defined button. I would guess its mapped to point to the URL for logging an incident which should then use the default Log Incident BPM defined in the application setting.
