Check Box Answers missing first letter - Fix Released in SM2.20.3

I have create a Custom form and when I fill in a text field the data gets carried over to the Ticket ok however it is radio button it then misses the first letter. see screen shot

Hi Kelvin,

Can you clarify how/where you are setting Radio buttons in Progressive Capture? Currently, there is not a "Radio Button" option in the drop down list of custom form types available.

If you are referring to Check Boxes (as Martin mentioned in his reply), we are aware of this issue - it was raised as a defect and will be fixed as part of our next Service Manager release (2.20).
