HFRSgj Posted December 3, 2015 Share Posted December 3, 2015 Hello, We seem to be unable to perform a search that looks for key words in the incidents updates. We only seem to be able to use the quick filter which searches the Reference, Summary, Details, Status, Owner and Customer field's.
