Footer in Employee Portal not updating

I've updated a URL that we have in the About Details section of our footer on Employee Portal (Platform config > employee portal > Footer).

I've saved the changes, and my new URL is visible in the Preview, and in the About Details section of the admin tool. 

However, on the Home page itself, it still shows the old link. I've cleared my cache, tried Inprivate mode etc, but all still show the old link. I thought maybe my changes hadn't saved, so exited the Platform config screen and went back into Employee portal. My change is still visible, just not via the home page itself. I've tried another change (adding a full stop onto the header of that section) and this is not showing either, so it's not just my amended URL. No changes are being reflected on the home page.

Is there a time lag with making changes here? Or a publish button I've missed? Or am I editting the wrong section altogether?

No lag, or publish button. Changes here are immediate.

It's possible you have multiple Companies defined and updated for one of those you weren't viewing:

Aha, yes we do. I've changed it to the other option and now its updated. 

Very strange as never touched that field when i first updated the URL (it was set to Primary company as per the screenshot above). Changed to the other option and that fixed the URL. Just to test I've set it back to Primary and still showing the new URL.
