Philds Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Our analysts noticed that tasks were not being created for our new starter workflow. I've been able to reproduce the issue with a new ticket and the workflow is currently waiting for the request to come off hold: However even when the request comes off hold (at the specified date and time) the workflow does not progress. I've then put the request back on hold and taken it off hold, but the workflow is still stuck at this node. I tried setting the expire period of this node to 1 minute in the request's workflow instance then tried to restart it, but it won't let me restart the workflow as it's currently suspended. This feels like a bug and our earliest example is from a request raised 11.35 on Tuesday 6th May.
James Ainsworth Posted May 9 Posted May 9 At first glance, I would look at the Action Focus and Expire Period options. You have these set to Auto. Most options do not have any value available when using Auto. I would start by changing these to Ignore.
