Home hyperlink periodically goes missing

Has anyone else experienced the Home hyperlink in the Navigation Bar disappearing? I click on the icon and am presented with the menu, however the Home hyperlink (different from the Title) is not there. It could be a local browser issue, it does seem to resolve after hard refresh.

Just to confirm, when the icon is showing, what is the URL behind it? 
Also this is typically called "Company Home" - have you translated this?

We have replicated a scenario where if you open Configuration (cog on the bottom left of the menu bar) in a new browser tab, the "Company Home" is not displayed in the Home menu list.  Further investigations are being done and a fix will be put in place once the cause is found.

A colleague of mine has this disappear periodically, has to hard refresh to get it back.
Sequence seems to tie up with what @James Ainsworth described above.
Glad to hear a fix is on the way!

A fix has been completed and it should be available through next week.  Keep an eye open for the release notes.
