will.good Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Hi, We have had a couple of basic users receive the below error message when trying to log in via SSO They have the same roles as other users who are able to log in with no issue and we haven't been able to replicate this issue at all...is there anything obvious that we should be checking or are missing?
