If they click either of these options: They get this: The role has these application rights (no system rights): I did a new tests and found it was the absence of this Right that was throwing the error so I have added it. So this post is just in case either anyone has the error also and/or if Hornbill did not intend to have this Right as mandated for access to Supplier/Contracts.
