Enhancement request: New status to be added

Hello, 

Currently when it comes to authorisation status there are only the following options:

Blank

Authorised

Rejected

 

Is it possible to add the status awaiting authorisation?

Pending should already exist as an authorisation status.
That node contains Authorised, Pending, Rejected, and Clear (to blank it).

When you look at the request list and reports you are only able to filter on blank, authorised and rejected. I am interested to know how this was achieved please

You should be able to filter on any of the states.

However, I've just taken a look, and at least in a request list, you can't filter by Pending, you are correct. This seems like an oversight, it's probably worth tagging this post as an enhancement so HB can take a look at adding that as an option.

When we've needed to find pending requests, they're always reliably in the same place, so we've just filtered by team instead, generally, or I might have noticed it wasn't available there sooner.

I've pointed out the missing authorisation status on the advanced filters and the Request List View configuration to our development team.
