Hi

Can anyone advise me if it is possible to set up Scheduled Requests to go to your Team who do not have admin rights on Hornbill?  I can set schedules jobs up but they always go to the Service Desk and not the Team or owner I have assigned.  This is specifically for early morning repeat jobs that need doing before the Service Desk staff are in at 8am.

There is no requirement for admin rights in order to have a request assigned to you.

Without seeing the configuration it would not be possible to say why they are with an unexpected team, but I would initially ensure that the selected team supports the relevant service, and that the Workflow is not assigning the request to the Service Desk.
