Knowledge - Searchable by Tags?

Hi,

I have looked at the docs site but can find no mention of tags whatsoever - Service Manager User Guide - Welcome to Hornbill Knowledge

We have just started testing the search bar with the new knowledge offering and were expecting that any words we set in Tags / keywords on an article would return that article in the search.

This doesn't appear to be happening for us

E.g. if I search for 'login error' I would expect it to return this article as it has this phrase in the tags

but I get no matches

If I search for the name of the knowledge article I get an exact match

I haven't tested searching via Tags, so I'll leave that for someone else to answer.
