will.good Posted March 5 Posted March 5 HI, What is the purpose / use for Access Granted To in the Workflow settings? I presumed that adding a user / role in here would mean that that person would only be able to see that specific Workflow - but that doesn't seem to be the case
James Ainsworth Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Hi @will.good Thanks for your post. You can read more about this feature in our documentation for Access Granted to. Let us know if you have any questions.

I'd be very fond of that setting for other areas of the system, such as reporting. Sometimes we create a report that only needs an input variable to run (such as team id or request id), but can't lock down specific reports to specific roles / people. We can give them the ability to only run reports but are still then limited in what we can provide. This functionality would be perfect for that and improve our ability to open up areas of reporting to other members of the team. Let me know if I can just tag this on to my original post or should create a new one for this enhancement request

Thanks for searching the docs as a starting point, however this wasn't there until about an hour ago. I added it after seeing your post . For the new requirement around reports, I'd recommend adding it as a new post. 1
