Authorisation node template - Action now button

Hello, 

 

Perhaps someone knows if this is possible and if so how this can be done - and if not perhaps this is an enhancement request. 

 

When using the authorisation node in a workflow is there a way to move or set the location of where the Action Now button is? A fair amount of our users have advised it provide a better user experience if the button was in a more prominent place such as at the top of the email, appreciate you can edit the text to explain how to proceed (which we have done), but if there was a way modify the positioning this may provide more of a positive experience.

There are a number of different Authorisation nodes - which one are you referring to?

If, as I suspect, you mean the External Authorisation - then no, this is not configurable apart from the content that you provide in the Authorisation Details section.

Hi Steve, 

 

Agreed this is the external authorisation node, which I understand is not configurable - but it would be great to have the options in a restricted area through settings. 

 

Can we request this an an enhancement?

You can, but there are no plans that I'm aware of to make any changes here.

That's a shame, this would certainly be a welcome change from us and I am sure others
