URL for Request List Charts issue

When in Request List if I select charts icon it displays charts as expected and the url is https://live.hornbill.com/gms/servicemanager/requests/charts/.

If I was to paste this URL in to a new session it only displays the Request List.  To show the charts I then need to select the charts icon again.

Why?

If I could use the urls: https://live.hornbill.com/gms/servicemanager/requests/charts/ to display the charts it would be useful.
