Request details not updating on cards

Our users are reporting that they've recently started noticing that amendments to the summary are not updating within the cards on the board.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi,

The option to automatically sync data from service manager can be disabled in specific boards in the Board config popup under Advanced Config > Disable syncing data from different applications, so possibly that option has been set on your board
