Peter De Neef Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Hello, Due to a largely change in our enterprise we need to change in Hornbill the setup of our organisational structure and our defined Teams (add, remove and delete). Also within our service manager module we need to change request profile codes and closure profile codes. What is the impact on excisting tickets? Open and closed ones. Are there any other considerations we need to look for if we do such changes. Thank you.
