Querying Request Profile codes

I am looking to set up a dashboard to show what type of tickets are being raised per day, but can't see in any of the database tables where the request profile codes are linked to the ticket number - can someone point me in the right direction please? thanks

They're in the Requests table - I'm not sure why you'd need to link tables:

Hi Geoff,

That field isn't currently being used.  Possibly left over from a deprecated feature.
