Cannot see any Boards

Can you please let me know how to add Service Management/Boards. I have a blank screen.

Please see the attached image. I need Breaching Board.

Hi @Chandani

The image that you posted is from the old Service Manager Boards feature.  This feature was deprecated several years ago and is no longer being developed.  It has been superseded by the Board Manager app.  Once you have confirmed that no one is using the old Boards feature it can be disabled under the Service Manager Application Settings.
