Enhancement: Enable workflow to interact with Timesheets for a request (Get Timesheet Details and Add Timesheet Entry)

Our use cases are:

  1. GET. I have some types of requests that MUST have time recording. At the moment, we have a Human Task where Users need to confirm they have done it. I would like to remove this and replace it with a Get Timesheets node that 'tells me' if there is Timesheet time on the Request. I can then have a Decision node after that which reacts to null values or those below a threshold; we would place a Human Task, assign to supervisor or perhaps a Notice, for example. The outcomes could be true/false for if there is time or not; and Total Time (minutes). Additionally we could have an outcome of "Times" which is a bit like the result of the Get Assets node; where all found Times would be listed in one response so we can detect strings
  2. ADD. In the above team, they have a set triage process which takes about 2 minutes. This means every request they have to do this manually. As per the linked forum post*, I would like to be able to hardcode a 2-minute Timesheet entry for that triage time. Options would be to select the Cat and sub-Cat and provide the time in minutes. Speculatively, we could also then add-in fields for adding time to Human Tasks where we already ask for information (sometimes have 3rd parties do work for our customers and we could use external Authorisation to return values from too). These could all get placed in the Add Timesheet Entry node for billing. Outcome would be success/failure
