Enhancement: when creating new Autotask, set the default "For Entity" value to be "Requests"

When we create new Autotasks in Service Manager they default to this setting:

But when they are set to "Global" they do not show in the Autotask selection list in Custom Buttons on the Request UI; we need to set to "Requests" instead of "Global".

9 times out of 10 I think people use these Autotask in Requests / Custom Buttons; so I think Requests is a better setting to default to.
