2FA through 1password

We have had a user which used 2FA through 1password.
After changing from 1password to Keeper, I had to remove 2FA but can for my life not remember how it was set up. Now I can only choose between none and email.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

The user can enabled this in '''Personal Settings -> Authentication''', as an admin updating the user you can only set 2Fa to None or Email.
