Cigdem Turner Posted November 28 Posted November 28 Hi, Is there a way to change the owner of the shared view? For example the views I own and have shared with the team and use on dashboard – currently I am the only one who can update them – I want someone to be able to updated them.
Peter Clough Posted November 28 Posted November 28 If you have the Service Desk Admin role, you can manage shared views, seize ownership of them, modify, and then give ownership to someone else. It's still only one person to modify them at a time, but it's a way to change them.
