Would someone please be able to help me with the variable to use for the First Name of each connection to be inserted in an Email Template?  Not the Customer and not Raised by.   Thanks

There can be many connections so not sure how this would work if it existed, be easier to capture and store as custom field in the flow and then use the custom field variable in the email

There is no variable that stores this information.

Could there be?  The 'Email Connections' node gets the email address, could it also get other Connection information?   There are examples in our workflows where we email the Connection and not the customer, it doesn't feel right not to greet them with their name.  Thanks @Steve Giller

Getting a list of email addresses that all go into the same To/Cc/Bcc field is relatively trivial.

Getting the list of names would be equally trivial if you were to start the email "Dear [list-of-names]"

Building a complete mail-merge functionality is a whole different level of complexity, and while I cannot comment on behalf of the developers my gut feeling is that this is outside of the scope of what a bulk email provides.
Unless a developer jumps in and says otherwise, we'll have to assume this is not being considered.
