lee mcdermott Posted November 27 Posted November 27 Hi can anyone tell me where you configure the default template used for a mailbox - i.e. when you send an email from withing a call ours are pre populated with generic text and call ref etc. We have 2 mailboxes and each uses its own template. I have a new mailbox and cannot remember where to configure it. i thought it it was the email template option under a service but it does not appear to be that as ours aren't configured? thanks lee
Nanette Posted November 27 Posted November 27 @lee mcdermott The email templates are located here: The one I think you are after is this one:
lee mcdermott Posted November 27 Author Posted November 27 ah i think i have figured it out it is because each mailbox was using a different template but happened to have the same template name so when searching for the template name in the templates section it didn't find so i was totally confused. 1
lee mcdermott Posted November 27 Author Posted November 27 @EWA thank yeah. it was only set on one service all the others were blank. But from the email itself it states this template is being used for all emails template Request Form. It doesnt find this name in the email template list when searching as this is the name not the template ID so I couldn't find anything called Request Form.. Only manually looking down the list did I find 2 templates with this same name. Then for all the services without a template specified I found that this is actually configured in the Application settings as a default. It all got a bit confusing..
