We're busy finalising the translations for our rollout next week, and I've stumbled on a few more areas where there are no translations available in the employee portal.

These are (images attached below):

  1. The "Sort By" filter text in the Timeline
  2. The resolution description should have a "translate" button to invoke Google Translate, as this is an agent-entered field.
  3. The "Leave Feedback" button.
  4. Most of the "Customer Feedback" form:
    1. Form title
    2. All the buttons

The customer feedback popup translations keys are showing in the translations admin screen however, the translations ONLY show on the initial invocation of the feedback popup.

Subsequent reloads consistently revert to the default English.

EDIT: this only happens if the page is refreshed.

Hi Gareth,

Yes, this is exactly what our developers found and have fixed.  The loading of the translations for this form were broken.
