Are you sending internally or externally?

Because if you send to a customer, then you can just link a Knowledge article or Document to the call and refer the customer to that.

Thanks for your post.  The Direct Send and Notification emails don't have any option for including an attachment.  What do you think of Peter's suggestion.  We are actually working on a knowledge article feature that would allow you to include a downloadable attachment on an article.

Yes I am sending internally so I will have to do that.

Hi James, Pete's suggestion works for me and the downloadable attachment sounds like a good feature
