Due to issues with a data cleanup on your instance we have had to disable the instance. Our Support team have tried to contact you and we have emailed the Primary Contact for the instance.

Thanks for that . It does seem happier and the instance is available again. Can we ask that you do not run this again until we have been able to understand what caused the issue.  Our general support team will contact you via phone to discuss further
