lee mcdermott Posted November 26 Posted November 26 I am trying to setup a new mailbox connected to M365 email. I believe I have set everything up but for some reason it wont import anything into the mailbox in Hornbill. I can send ok from it though? The steps I have taken are. 1. created new role for the mailbox use with the same rights as the other 2 mailboxes we have 2. assigned relevant users to role 3. Created a Key safe using Microsoft Office 365 mail connector - and OAuth2 4. Connected the key safe to mailbox using the mailbox username and password and also had a O365 admin authorise the app usage 5. Had the O365 email account checked to turn of 2fa and to allow MAPI 6. Create a shared mailbox - service details matching the other 2 mailboxes - but used the new email address and the new keysafe from above as the credentials. 7. Test connection said OK 8. set the email address as the default Have I missed anything obvious that I need to do? Or any ideas why it wont accept incoming mail. The O365 mailbox is still populated with email in Inbox so Hornbill has not connected and retrieved the emails. I checked the EspMailImporter.log but couldn't see any errors generated. any help would be great thanks lee
