Adrian Simpkins Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Hi All I note on occassion we appear to have a colour code set that sets some requests to the below colour - however when I review the Hornbill Docs guide it doesnt mention this default colour, and I have checked all the mentioned global settings that relate to this function I am still unable to work out what setting is making these requests the below colour please: I can see the confirmed colours / text settings as specified here in the Academy page but not sure what is controlling the above colour setting Service Manager User Guide - Overview Many thanks as always
Berto2002 Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I agree it may appear undocumented but the colour is for those that are not assigned to any team or owner 2
Adrian Simpkins Posted November 25 Author Posted November 25 Hi Rob - hmm very strange as most requests that are new in our instance are coloured yellow or white in the request list view - just occassionally I see this colouring - I think this is a request that was literally just raised as we were looking at the queue and had not yet assigned to a team. It is now coloured yellow in the request list which seems correct. I will keep an eye out for another example to see if my theory is correct in that it was literally just raised as we looked at it, so had not yet assigned the team from the BPM Many thanks !
Berto2002 Posted November 25 Posted November 25 This is where my info comes from. I click the "20 No Team Assigned" link and always see all of them in, shall we call it, 'salmon'?!: 1
Adrian Simpkins Posted November 25 Author Posted November 25 Salmon it is ! Makes sense now seeing your list of unassigned - think its just the timing as we view the incoming request list data that anything literally just raised at that moment is probably not yet assigned a team from the BPM Many thanks !
