Knowledge Articles - Formatting keeps resetting

I seem to be having a little trouble with formatting. I keep getting white space, I remove the blank lines, save and they come straight back.

Thanks for our post.  We are aware of this issue and will look to have it corrected over the next couple of Service Manager updates.

Also noticed this and find that the formatting disappears when you accept the solution and the text goes into the resolution box.

Had an article for new Hornbill users that was perfectly formatted with links in it but it loses all the formatting and the links when we use it.
